Hombre opened in December of 1989 with the
foursome of Hubert Green, Hal Sutton, Donnie Hammond and Buddy
Gardner. Hombre's 27 Championship Holes, "The Good, The Bad &
The Ugly" feature water on 21 of the 27 holes and is meticulously
manicured to PGA specifications throughout the year. Both scenic
and challenging, Hombre is nestled amidst wetlands, marshes, lakes
and preserves, and is beautifully framed with a stunning assortment
of palms, pines and azaleas.
Hombre is the annual host of the PGA Tour Qualifying School,
earning the Wes Burnham design a reputation for intimidation.

club in your bag is used.
Hombre Golf Club has four sets of tees,
practice facility complete with driving range, chipping green with
sand bunker and putting green.
Hombre also offers an on-site golf school, The Academy at Hombre
Golf Club under the direction of Adam Brack. The Academy is
consistently noted among Golf Magazine's "Top 25 Golf Schools.
